Shipping policy

Handling: Typically, it takes us 2-3 days to package your order and get it to the post office as we are in a remote, rural location. 

Gallo Dairyland hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in good condition.

Shipping: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so your products arrive in the best condition. 

Cheese should be popped in the fridge as soon as it arrives from the postie. Don't worry if the ice bricks have melted. Chocolate tastes better when stored between 12-20 degrees. If it's warmer than that at your place pop it in the fridge.
