A creamy soft wheel with a velvety white finish.  This is one of the famous Gallo Lactose Free cheeses made on 100% dairy milk.  The maturation period takes twenty days with a mushroom aroma and flavour.

    Our products are sent by Express Post with tracking.

    Sorry we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Insulated Ice Packaging

    All cheeses and chocolates are carefully packaged in insulated packaging with ice bricks to keep it cool on its way to you.

    The packaging is great, and we have experienced very few problems over the years.

  • Serving Temperature

    Cheese should be popped in the fridge as soon as it arrives from the postie. Don't worry if the ice bricks have melted.

    Chocolate tastes better when stored between 12-20 degrees.

    If it's warmer than that at your place pop it in the fridge.
