As the name suggests is made in the style of Gorgonzola.
Blue vein cheese has a strong tangy taste and pungent aroma with a smooth and creamy texture.
They are characterised by a network of green-blue veins of mould throughout the body of the cheese.
Gold Medal Award Winner at the Brisbane Cheese Awards, 2008.

Insulated Ice Packaging
All cheeses and chocolates are carefully packaged in insulated packaging with ice bricks to keep it cool on its way to you.
The packaging is great, and we have experienced very few problems over the years.

Serving Temperature
Cheese should be popped in the fridge as soon as it arrives from the postie. Don't worry if the ice bricks have melted.
Chocolate tastes better when stored between 12-20 degrees.
If it's warmer than that at your place pop it in the fridge.
